Their fried pau is great!
Tasty mix of meat. Either chicken & mushroom, pork & cabbage and pork & water chestnut.
Pau skin is pan fried but not charred with a little spring onion on top. The bottom is full of sesame seed which is why the flavour just pops!
Pan fried to order.
They have some fried stuff but those are just meh.
