Whilst I didn’t personally deal with her as I was abroad, the tailor was a great help in the aftermath of my dry cleaning mishap. In the mild panic that ensued, she not only managed to give us professional insight and advice, which lead to the dry cleaners conceding and giving us our money back, but also managed to salvage one of my favourite blazers by taking it apart and resewing a lining that doesn’t need to be dry cleaned. She was humorous and concerned in our brief encounter. I would recommend anyone to go to her if they wanted a genuinely good tailor with stellar service.

Melia at Alter Pro is, well, a real pro. She’s done a great job with a bunch of suits and pants that I needed to have taken in after losing a lot of weight. She takes real pride in her work, always insisting that I only come in when she herself is in the shop.
