Amor Porteño

El amor porteño no es solo una cafetería o heladería, además de ser delicioso y tener muy buen servicio es un pedacito de ese puerto clásico, de las historias de amor que Valparaíso en sus mejores años acogió, donde con una decoración delicada y de buen gusto hace de perfecto escenario para vivir la propia.

Located on one of the more popular hills in Valparaiso, Cerro alegre, this café is known for its amazing service and delicious artesanal ice creams.
When you walk in, you know you have entered somewhere special. Everyone is smiling and chatting while the owner makes sure to welcome you personally. The decoration also sets it apart, with a bohemian/​artistic flare you can’t help but take pictures!
I recommend trying their artesanal ice cream, one of my favorites (it’s so hard to just choose one!) is Harina Tostada as well as their chocolate but ask the owner to try flavors until you find the right one!
If you are not a fan of ice cream or it is cold outside, they also have some pretty awesome cakes — try their tres leches!
Everything is great quality and they have some good coffee and tea as well. However, the thing that really makes it worth coming here is the great service. The owner is really nice and always comes to your table to make sure everything is good and will continue to chat with you about life, love and Valparaiso — she makes you feel at home and welcome.

Estas en Valparaiso, son las 5 de la tarde y tienes un antojo pero no sabes de que, tienes miles de opciones a tu alrededor para satisfacer ese antojo pero nada te convence?, es por que tal vez aun no haz sentido el «Amor porteño»
Este lugar bien llamado así es un favorito de mi polola y de todos aquellos que les gusta disfrutar de un buen helado artesanal, su local con una onda vintage es el marco perfecto para pasar un rato agradable durante la tarde.
Si hace frio no te preocupes, este local también tiene un espumoso y espeso chocolate caliente para los días de invierno el cual puedes acompañar con churros rellenos de chocolate y manjar.
También ofrecen diferentes postres como brownies y cheese cakes, pero sin duda el mejor es lejos el de 3 leches que viene acompañado de un cortadito en una de sus promociones.
