We stayed here for a hockey tournament that my brother and I were playing in the area. It was close to the rink, it was easy housing for 4 people(me, my brother, our parents) that wasn’t exorbitant but was reasonably comfortable. Things that weren’t so great: the stairwells stank of fish, the closets were less than impressive, and shower squealed, the hotel is in a bit of a dead zone in terms of restaurants and other attractions, the king-sized bed in my parents’ room was suspiciously queen-sized, the TV in the living room was fuzzy, and the curtains were heinous. Things I liked: breakfast. It wasn’t stellar, but it was dependable. And having the kitchenette was nice. The room service was also quite efficient, though they’re a bit stingy with things like towels and toilet paper considering that the room had space to sleep 8. The staff that I interacted with were friendly, and we were given a refund for the bed mix-up. So… I don’t know if I would recommend this place, but it was certainly functional.
