I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. I bought a Groupon for this place for $ 35.00 for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I thought that was a great deal so hey why not give it a try. I went today for my appointment, to find out that it was for a shellac manicure and regular a pedicure. I was slightly disappointed. The nail technician gave very poor service and was answering the phone every 5 minutes, which was very annoying to me. The pedicure itself was awful. She cut my nails right down without asking, did not clean under the nails, she made my cuticles bleed, and did a miserable job of removing my old nail polish. My nails are rough and jagged, and also crooked. I hesitantly let her apply nail color, and I think a child could have done a better job. After she applied the polish, I politely gathered my things and said thank you but I did not want her touching my hands after growing out my nails for a month. I’m not a girly girl, but don’t mess with my nails. I could also go on about the atrocities taking place with the hairdressers. Please don’t waste your time or precious money at this place, they charge way too much for their nails services. Don’t let their nice website fool you. I will be sticking with my Vietnamese nail ladies, even though they probably make fun of me and I can’t understand it I don’t care. They do the best pedicures.
