This place has a wonderful patio! The food portions are a little small so you might want to think about getting an appetizer. Our server was very sweet but she seemed stressed, probably because they were understaffed. The food tastes great and their salads are amazing. I had the veggie quesadilla with the Latka fries and my partner had the pickerel(which was very small, but tasty). Overall a good experience!

This is a new restaurant that has taken up the location of the former Mise Restaurant on Corydon. This casual bistro has a wide variety of dishes with very reasonable prices. I like that there’s a lot to choose from but on the other hand it seems like a very large menu for a fairly small restaurant to handle. The menu has«the beginnings» with starters and salads that range from $ 10-$ 13 like calamari, poutine and sliders. «The middles» are $ 10-$ 18 with items like burger, gnocchi, quesadilla etc. Both the beginnings and the middles can easily be made into a light meal as you can add side salad or fries for $ 4. There are 4 mains $ 20-$ 24: duck, ribs, salmon or veal. The calamari($ 12) dusted in chana flour served with tzatziki — batter was light and the calamari was tender. The smoked shaved brisket poutine($ 11) with bothwell maple smoked cheddar and house gravy had great crispy hand cut fries, tender brisket had a sweeter gravy that leaned more towards a bbq sauce. The only disappointing dish was the chicken nugget lettuce wraps($ 15+$ 4) with wild rice latke fries added. The chicken nuggets are real chicken breast marinated in coconut milk, breaded in cornmeal and flour mix, topped with avocado mango salsa but all the flavours were too light and subtle that it made for a flat tasting dish. The wild rice latke fries are a creative take on latkes and cut like fries. The veal shashuka($ 22) doesn’t resemble a classic shashuka but it was still good — veal cutlet with stewed tomatoes and a poached egg on top served with veggies. Overall, this place has a bit of something for everyone. It’s good for people who like mainstream fare and for people who might try something a little bit different. Service was friendly.
