I mainly come here for the Karaōke and hang out in the lounge. The lounge is small to hold karaōke. The music can be overly loud when it’s not too busy. But if you sit in the restaurant area then the noise is not too bad. The food is a hit or miss. The salad isn’t too bad. The chicken strips are dry. The calamari is really greasy. Careful with the deep fried mushrooms, they are very hot in the middle. I burned my mouth on them. The drinks are okay. The fries are good. The nachos are good. Portions are decent. Not too much, not too little. I like the cheesy garlic bread. Prices are a bit much for appetizers. They always have lots of spearmints at the front free for the taking. Waitresses are alright. They are pretty nice and will talk to you and make sure your all good. The service could be faster. Sometimes it’s 10 to 15 minutes before they see me at the bar and ask me for my order. When it’s busier they seem overwhelmed and the service becomes slower. But they don’t forget what you ordered and do try. The waitresses will still talk to you and make sure your having a good time. They will let you keep your drink behind the bar with them when you go to the washroom. They make sure your taken care of and safe. Teens are allowed to take part in karaōke as long they are with a legal guardian. This is best karaōke venue I have been at and I have continued to go for the past few years. They recently changed karaōke companies and this one is nice. The karaōke host is very inclusive and supportive. The washrooms could tended to more often in the evening. I feel safe coming here. There are lots of T.V.‘s and always have games on, even during Karaōke(on mute.). In the summer they have their outdoor patio open into the evening and night.
