Furnasman Heating & Air Conditioning

Very impressed with the tech that came to our home for a service call on our furnace. The problem was we had no heat. He quickly traced the problem to the thermostat, not the furnace. Before selling me a new set-​back thermostat, which I would have happily purchased, he suggested we replace the batteries first, to see if that was the cause of the the problem.
Two new AA batteries were installed and the furnace fired up. My only charge was for the service call!
Also, he arrived earlier than expected and was gone in well under an hour.
Honesty like this is how a business grows, through customer loyalty. When our furnace that is nearing the end of its time needs replacing, this company will get the job, no questions asked.
