Raegan here was really pleasant and helpful in getting me added as a joint account holder to a relative’s account. We were in a rush that day and she worked quickly to get the info down, and remembered me when I came back to pick up a back card a few days later.
I closed my account at BMO years ago because I was consistently getting really crappy, condescending service whenever I went into a branch, so it was really nice to be treated like a valued customer.
The teller I dealt with was also very nice.
