Sales, selection & pricing i give it 5 out of 5 stars. As for service work… Start looking for it else where after you buy the bike. Read a review here that states lifetime warranty on parts & service, it is in fact only 1 year. I have purchased 3 bikes here in the last 4 years upgrading each time & taken advantage of the free tune up before the warranty expires on each one. It seems if you make an appointment service is fine but if you go in the store on the spur of the moment the sales/​service people will avoid making eye contact with you as they would rather be on the floor selling a new bike. Was at the store today and they had 5 people working as i sat at the service counter everyone of them walked in front of me avoiding eye contact and instead walked around the store waiting for the next sale to walk in the door. Waited about 12 minutes and decided to walk out the door when 2 of the employees stood 10 feet in front of me and started talking about what they had done for the weekend.
Will not be a return customer after that and its such a shame cause other than the customer service its a great store

Great selection of bikes, competitive prices and super staff!
Even though they don’t carry any XL sized frames that I need (everything there was L and under), the salesperson sold me on the exact type of bike I would want based on my needs.
I am still floored by this; the salesperson helping me and even selling me on the bike that I couldn’t purchase there. I think that attitude really says a lot about their commitment and dedication to bikes, and to people.

This is by far the best bike shop in Winnipeg! I’ve been to them all, including Woodcock, Gords, Olympia, etc. and nothing beats the price, selection and service. They have a bike for everyone, for any age, for every budget. They have so much inventory on the floor that you WON’T have to shop around. They also have a great selection of accessories, clothing and they also service your bike. Once you purchase a bike from them, you get free labour/​maintenance services for the life of your bike.
So much to chose from, knowledgeable staff and the absolute best prices in town. Be sure to see them for your bike needs, as well as your cross country skis. They offer all bike services, ski waxing, binding and repair, as well as skate sharpening.
