Love the atmosphere and coziness of this place. Went here about 4 times for massages which were fantastic.

I’d like to change my opinion on this place. I’m all above customer service. I never used to be so picky until I realized that I’m paying for the service, so I should be treated well. I was given a gift card here because it was my favourite day spa. The girl mixed up my appointment. My gift card was for two services, and she only booked me for one(even though I clearly stated on the phone that i was getting both… it happens) Rather than compensating me in some way for the mix up, I was quick;y shuffled into my first service(early in the morning), and told simply«oh, well you’re only booked for one. Maybe we’ll get a cancellation in the afternoon’ Umm. the odds of me wanting to go home, and come back on a Saturday are slim to none. I asked for a refund on my second service. Nothing was done. This happened on Saturday(the spa is closed Sundays and Monday’s) it is now Wednesday. I’ve called twice, asking what is going on. My certificate is at the spa, and I have had to call THEM. I am irritated, angry, and exceptionally displeased of their lack of customer service skills. Are there no customer service policies in place for times when the owner is not reachable? Most small businesses have something like this in place. Something to compensate at the time, or someone I could have spoken to at that moment would have been great. I’m sure something could have been worked out. Now I am waiting for a phone call, I will probably end up having to go back there. It’s been an extremely frustrating situation. I will NEVER book an appointment at this place again. I cannot stand poor customer service. It’s unreal.
