Very friendly and helpful staff that takes the time to explain and help. I went there with a friend who wanted to start to learn violin. We probably stayed there for a bit more than an hour, talking and asking questions, and he left with a nice beginner violin with all the bits and pieces that go with it, and all for a very reasonable price.
