The best Indian restaurant in the whole Kelowna area. Consistently good and they really know how to spice the food. Also very precise and consistent with grade of heat. Mild means mild and mild — medium is always in between mild and medium — consistently!

Very affordable Indian food in Westbank. We had a dinner for 5 here on a Monday night. No need for reservation as there are plenty of space. The tandoori all served on a sizzling plate. The sauce was serve on the side. Got the food Medium Spicy which was perfect spice level. Serve can be slow. Love to come back for their lunch special for 9.99!

Genuine, honest indian/nepalese food — The service might be a bit on the clumsy side, sometimes slow, but we always end up forgiving them because, yummy food. Their naan bread is particularly awesome: D

So if you value your time stay away from Everest. The food is good, even borderline great, but the service is anything but… Today I decided to phone in my order for dinner for two. It didn’t work, because nobody picked up the phone. So new plan: stop by, place the order, run some errands and come back for the food. Well, not so fast. I’ve been told to be back in 45 min… And then they told me to weight another half an hour… AWell after about an hour an a half the food is still not ready… I guess next time I’ll just phone in a day in advance… or even better… go somewhere else… BTW still no food… closing in on two hours

We came in to try some Indian food and we are so happy we did! It was delicious. I am not a big Indian food connoisseur, but I do like it. The meat was all delicious as were the sauces. The chicken tikka was my favourite. I wasn’t so sold on the lamb meat, but it was nice and tender. The naan bread was to die for. It was freshly made and delish! We will definitely be back, which is the most important part! My husband loved it and he doesn’t particularly like Indian food.
