Two Small Men With Big Hearts

I called this company looking for a few men to assist loading my UHAUL. They were awesome! Super friendly, and very punctual. They took great care in loading my UHAUL and were very professional. I would definitely use this company again. My trip to the Okanagan from Victoria was excellent and unloading was a breeze.

(Coquitlam location) Do not hire this company!!! I had an appointment booked for 10am they called at 9:45 to cancel!!! Unprofessional rude no class inexperienced hacks who have no business running a moving company. A complete and total joke. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Not a very good experience, the movers showed up at my in-​laws to move them to our house. There was 2 older guys who looked like they should not be doing any physical labour. To move a simple 2 bedroom townhouse it took them from 9:30 in the morning until 11:30 at night! As well they decided to move the piano through the back patio and drove up on our neighbours driveway at 11:00 at night causing a ruckus and fighting with the owner. Considering the other movers we had to move our 3 bedroom house the same day (You Move Me) finished moving our stuff before these guys even arrived at the new house I would say they were milking the hourly rate. They were a bit cheaper but that definitely showed.

I don’t know if I should laugh or cry about my experience with these wannabe movers.
I moved from Nanaimo to Jasper Alberta in mid September. Because this was a long distance move, this company partnered up with a Nova Scotia trucker to move my furniture along with another move that was headed to Edmonton. I had to do a short term storage so the Victoria company picked up my things
I’ve moved a lot. & have used Bekins (great), United, Atlas & they all tell you to load up dressers with pillows and other bulky items to save space. They never have a problem lifting because they use their brains.
Two Small Men showed up & not only made me empty pillows from my armoire but also remove shelves. Because they had no idea how to lift, they damaged furniture. They crammed my antique floor lamp into the truck and had it leaning against a nice wooden dresser. They reluctantly padded it with a blanket when I asked them. So I have no Idea who was in charge of re –loading my furniture I’m guessing the Nova Scotia yahoos.
When they got to Jasper, the guys unloading were total clowns As the the 2 guys were unloading a double mattress, the one walking forward was directing the other to back up back up towards the truck door The guy backed up falling right out of the truck .
They put all the boxes in the house first, blocking the way for furniture so they then said the furniture wouldn’t fit so they left it on the porch where it was exposed to rain until I could find people to help me move things indoors
My beautiful mahogany filing cabinet has circular scratches over the entire top It looks like they didn’t use any padding & just loaded up the top with dirty boxes that ground gravel into the surface
And you should see how crushed the boxes were from stacking Some boxes clearly labeled with up arrows were flipped upside down.
There is no way in hell that I will ever use this company again They actually create problems for other movers because I wonder how trusting I’ll be when I next have to move /​move something
Shame on you Two Small Men for having the nerve to call yourself movers You haul junk because that’s what’s left when you’re done with my stuff.
