I went in there recently. They do a really hard sell on the hot tub chemicals that they recommend. It left me feeling like I was talking to a used car salesman. Quite an unpleasant experience.

Outstanding selection of hot tubs but it’s the service that’s really terrific. Bought a Coast Spa that has run 15 years with no problem other than needing a couple of jets replaced and a new cover. Said goodbye to it this morning as we no longer have need and they’ll refurbish and send on to a new owner. Don’t get sucked in to cheaper models. These guys cost a bit more but are definitely worth it.
