I ordered flowers yesterday at 2 p.m. First off, I didn’t receive an email confirmation for over an hour and NOWHERE did it say on the website the flowers would be delivered the next day because I ordered too late for that day. I called yesterday to request a confirmation of my order and had to speak to an answering service — not a real person working in the shop(mind you, it was before 5 p.m.). I spoke to the person getting the flowers this morning and they didn’t have them yet, so I called back and got an answering service again. They said someone would call me back. No one did. I got an email at lunchtime saying the flowers were delivered yesterday(which they weren’t). I then called for the third time and actually reached the owner at Simon Says. The owner was very snooty and not at all apologetic. He did call me back to confirm the flowers were delivered(which they finally were today), but I said my email stated they were delivered yesterday. He said that the order didn’t get there in time so they were delivered the next day. My issues: 1. Difficulty in reaching the flower shop(just getting the answering service), 2. No one calling me back as promised(except for the third and last time), 3. Erroneous information on the confirmation of delivery 4. Snooty attitude from the owner. DONOTUSETHEM!

HORRIBLE. I posted a picture of what cost us $ 60.68. It was the equivalent of an $ 8 arrangement from Safeway. Our clients that we sent it to actually called us laughing thinking it was a joke! It didn’t even have a vase! They are refusing to refund our money. i have reported them to the BBB. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY!!!

I have been using the services of this company for about 3 years now. I order all bouquets for my employees on their birthdays and I have never had a bad experience. dale and frank are so pleasant to deal with and the arrangements when received by my staff are absolutley beautiful! I had one occasion when I was not happy with the arrangement that a staff person received and when I brought it to Franks attention he dealt with it in a very professional manner and a new arangement was sent out the next day I will always recommend this company as long as dale and frank are there
