This spa was quite nice. It is large, spacious and very calm, even when fully booked. The lounge area is almost like a living room and quite nice, with windows on two sides. There are several different outdoor spaces, allowing different groups to find privacy. The mineral pool has a fantastic view over the valley.
There are nice touches in the change rooms, as well, including plastic bags for wet swimsuits.
I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to someone in search of a spa experience.
It may have been due to being there on a very popular weekend, but it was very well staffed and the spa host was around constantly, offering to move chairs, bring us anything we needed, pick up glasses, refill things, etc.

At the top of Bear Mountain in the Westin Hotel, Sante Spa is a great spot to relax after golfing one of the two world class golf courses the resort has to offer.
Steam facilities, sauna, and outdoor mineral bath are included with treatments. A full selection of massages, and beauty regiments are available.
The staff is friendly, and eager to help.
The change rooms are well appointed with toiletries, deodorant, toothbrushes and such if you forgot your own.
Clean, and comfortable, I will go back next time I’m in Victoria.

Love Sante. The staff are fabulous and the services are great. I’ve gone for quite a few massages (along with my hubby) and they are always wonderful. The crystal suite is very nice if you’re looking for a couples massage. It’s nice to sit and talk by the fireplace in a private room after a massage. I’ve also had great manicures and pedicures, but the thing that makes this spa five stars for me is the girls helping me with my makeup and face cleansing issues. I have terribly reactive skin and they had solutions for me that have changed my life (you must ask about the face cleansing mitt — it’s amazing!).
The only con is a limited spa menu for food, but the food is good.
One of my favorites on the island.
