Lido Waterfront Bar & Bistro

A wonderful dog-​friendly bistro on Victoria’s downtown Inner Harbour. Watch as the floatplanes drop in over your head and land in front of you on the waterfront, will sipping a cold pint, in the sun with your closest furry friend. The views are stunning. Friendly service, and yummy reasonably priced food. The pulled park tacos are unbelievable!

Just an all around average experience. At least I was with good company.

Stopped by based on reviews. Earlier review said that the patio was the only reason to stop by. I had been in the sun for a few days so chose to eat inside. Comfortable table with a great view, good beer selection (lots of locals) and great pizza. Ordered the Hell’s Volcano (which isn’t all that spicy, so don’t shy away from it). Great pizza. Enough for 2 moderate eaters. I ate 5 of the 8 slices and with a couple of good beers, I am pleasantly full. Others went into a box for the Clipper ride back to Seattle.
We have some great pies in Seattle. This shop can compete. Not crazy creative to where you wonder what they were thinking. Just high quality ingredients, treated right and thoughtfully engineered into a quality pie.
Service…well, fantastic Canadian hospitality I am learning to expect when I head north.
Why no 5 star? No particular reason, just keeping that in reserve for the mind blowing experiences you get once or twice a year. Nothing wrong with this place. It will be my go to when I visit my brothers to the north. Well worth wandering a little further up the wharf to get away from those overrun tourist traps.

Goat cheese pizza was out of this world. Big enough for 2 to 3 people to share, heavily topped with veggies too. Dockside, romantic, sunset seating outside and reasonably priced. Good Service also, don’t want to take that for granted :)

Lido is a great summertime place. I’d never go in the winter, as it doesn’t really have any specific draw other than the patio, but the food is consistently good, the staff consistently attentive, and, of course, there’s the patio. However, consistent doesn’t mean great, so, while Lido will never let you down, it isn’t the best spot in town.

This place is 5 star. The pizza is probably the best in town (try the Special). I shouldn’t write too much of a stellar review otherwise there won’t be seating, but this is definitely a solid choice for a meal. The manager definitely tried hard to make us welcome & the service is great.

Great bistro with a perfect harbor view. Got a great bottle of BC wine that didn’t cost a fortune. Had a Mediterranean pizza that was quite yummy. Enjoyed watching the water taxis, ships and float planes. Drink, food, entertainment plus great and friendly service. Works perfectly for me! Oh and top that off with easy public parking lot right at their front door. Heck, can’t miss with this establishment.

We went to Lido with a Groupon we had purchased for 2 pizzas and 2 drinks for $ 20. The pizzas were very tasty! I ordered the Hawaiian pizza with crisp pancetta and pineapple. The crust was crisp and I had no complaints! Very friendly staff and the views from the restaurant are gorgeous! We will definitely go back.
