Bad experience overall. I had to tell the «expert» how to do her job because she insisted that my case wasn’t possible. After repeating close to 10 times that both another of her colleagues and Ottawa said it should be done that way, she consulted another senior expert and he told her that I was right and to do it.
On top of that there’s always something that makes them not to charge you the advertised prices and I ended up paying thrice as much. My wife also payed double the advertised fee.
The worst is that closed-​mind attitude and not wanting to listen to the customer.
