Advance Collision

I’d recommend Advance for collision repair, based on the following:
First visit: Repaired and repainted bumper damage to my previous car about years 6 years ago = perfect match to colour.
Thereafter, I visited two different competitors based on recommendations for car damage not caused by me and it was terrible service, uncaring attitudes and easily identified poor workmanship that I had to ask be redone twice.
Back to Advance. .. .Second visit: cracked windshield replacement and same bumper fix and repaint to my current car this year. Windshield done well — they called me in to show trim options to approve alternates. The bumper paint wasn’t colour matched, but they admitted it and gave me a decent discount.
Third visit: Yes, same bumper paint repair needed, but this time there was improved attention to detail, colour match and finish. Near perfect.
All in all, Advance folks were super at customer service, and timely with the repairs. They spent time with my questions and seemed to care about the repair results. Vehicle rentals were quickly arranged, with a pickup by Budget in short turnaround. Service that met my expectations. I don’t want to be back, but if I need, I will return to Advance.
