If you want to get fit and have fun doing so, this is the place to be. Ray Ortiz and his team are great and makes working out fun.
Unlike other boot camps, you don’t have to worry about people yelling at you like a drill Sargent.
Come here if you want to keep fit, and have fun with proven results.

I was really happy when Ray, the owner here, opened up a Vaughan location (his other bootcamp runs in Markham). I had been to his classes in the past, and am definitely a fan. It pushes me to do more than I think I can, while concentrating on good form and technique, and the community of other bootcampers are friendly and welcoming. I’d say the focus is more weights (kettlebells, TRX, pull-​up bars) and using your own body weight, than pure cardio (although we do a bit of that too). After just a few weeks, I’m feeling stronger, can do the exercises better, and can see the difference too :) Recommended!
