Similar experience as Luna B… It’s been over 3 months and still waiting. Probably should have read reviews before deciding to purchase.
Customer service is useless. I got one response to an email over 2 months ago, nothing since then. The customer service phone line is often «closed.» Even when it’s open, you’re put on hold forever and no one answers.
Don’t waste your time.

Update (2015): it’s a scam. Phone line has been disconnected. Never received my order.

Will edit review here soon. Purchased a Groupon. Production time was estimated at 4 weeks. It has already been 4 weeks and the status of my canvas is still «Production Pending»
EDIT: FINALLY after FIVE MONTHS of waiting, I finally received my canvas. The product is great (though only time will tell). That is the only reason I give this a ¹⁄₅. Shipping was fast and effective (free for me since I had to wait 5 months), arrived in bubble wrap inside cardboard.
Overall, I would not buy again, even with a Groupon. Processing time was ridiculous and no one answers emails. Make sure to check out the «filtered» reviews, everyone reports the same frustrating experience. Avoid.
