I walked in here just looking to get a quote for a CPAP, and found them to be so helpful and resourceful that when I received the information from the insurance company they translated it from insurancese to English for me.
The machine I ended up with sends reports via the Internet, in which they cover the costs of, and I have the ability to shut that option off and have the report saved to an SD memory card.
They even sent me a sleep report after a few weeks of using my CPAP machine via email.
