The doctors here are great, I’ve been a few times and they are always understanding and helpful-​a really good experience after some of the horrible bedside manners you can find at other walk-​ins.
However, their receptionists are awful. Every time I’ve wanted to make an appointment or need to follow-​up on something, I have to call at least three times-​they let their phone right for (literally) 2 — 3 minutes without answering it, and it doesn’t go to voicemail unless it is after their clinic hours. You just have to keep calling and hope someone picks up.
If it wasn’t for the doctors here, I would give this place a 1-​star review. Every point of contact matters, receptionists-​you make this place look like a joke!
