Underworld Skateboard

Clothing and Shoes and Backpacks are kickass. I love everything in this store. Slowly but surely I’m finding some cool fashion in a city know for plaid.

I am writing this review based on customer service alone.
A couple of days ago I came into the shop looking for some used trucks and wheels to build a makeshift camera dolly. A seemingly impossible feat for the amount that I was looking to spend. I called almost every skate shop in the city and ended up walking in here by chance. Even though this shop doesn’t sell used gear, the customer rep went out of his way to ask around and another gent (the dude who sold me his kit) was hella helpful and very friendly. He even sold it to me cheaper than what I quoted for. So even though I didn’t actually buy anything in store, I would send anyone that came to me with an intro question about skateboarding to this shop. Purely because everyone that I encountered was vibe-​free and provided a great experience.

I am glad that there is still a somewhat thriving skate culture in the city and stores that support this. The customer service here is awesome, the selection is great and the prices for what they are… are decent. I love the custom and pre-​designed boards. A little skimpy on the wheel selection but over all good. I understand their bag policy given security but they were nice enough and chill when requesting to put my bag behind the counter.
