I love shopping at Twist! I don’t enjoy clothes shopping as I don’t have the time or the patience to browse through racks and racks of clothing. Twist staff are awesome because they help to pick things I like and build outfits for me(something I don’t have the eye for) so I walk out usually with 2 – 3 outfits. The clothes are a bit pricey but the quality is great and I only go shopping a couple times per year so it’s not so bad when you break it down.

I didn’t think that I would find anything based on the outside, however, came in and walked out with so much fashion inspiration. Very good assortment of clothes to cover most fashion tastes. Very good customer service.

Twist is my place for great advice on bottoms. Love that they tell me that it doesn’t look right and then suggest something that does. Similar to the great service I find in Quebec.

I did find a beautiful pair of jeans here, but the staff were absolutely terrible. You’d think for designer jeans the staff would be more in to helping out. The one«helping» me gave me short answers and was sorta talking down to me the whole time. When I walked out of the change room she yelled«oh those are nice», but she was at the other end of the store not even looking at me. Though I did buy the jeans, I’ll probably never shop here again because the service was so bad.

TWIST is the best. I have no time to shop but love to have my wardrobe in good order. Sharon, the owner, is a knock it out of the park buyer and she and her staff offer the best customer service — second to none. I can be in and out of there in an hour with my seasonal items up to date. They also remember what you have purchased in the past and build on your existing wardrobe. Price? I like to shop for«value» and I certainly never feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth.

An excellent and well-chosen assortment of clothing — much more than you’d expect from the size of the store. Lines like Mexx, James Perse and Inwear. It’s quite pricey(i.e. almost nothing full-price under $ 100), however(which is why it gets 3 stars instead of 4). One of the few stores in Vancouver where you can find Desigual.

I went to Twist recently to look for any end of the season deals. I’m updating my review because I really noticed that their price point has gone up quite a bit. Many items in the store range from $ 200-$ 300 which was a surprise for me and and FYI to those considering making a visit. The staff are still incredibly helpful and friendly and yes you can still find some good deals(on sale!) and unique pieces.

I hate shopping. I hate shopping for clothes. I love shopping for clothes at Twist. At first, it seems overwhelming, all those clothes, tightly hung together on the racks, but then I realized what you really go to Twist for… the personal shopper service without the Holt Renfrew pricetag. The gals at Twist are great. They know what they are doing. I go in there, tell them I’m looking for some new clothes to freshen up my work wardrobe. They take a look at me, and immediately know my size. I go into the change room, and they proceed to bring me many different clothes to try on. I always walk out of there, buying way more than I intend too… but I am always so satisfied with the style and quality of the clothing that I get. I always get compliments, I always feel confident wearing clothes from Twist. They have a good selection of shoes too. Oh, and if you’re a frequent customer, you can get on their list, and after spending a certain amount over time, they send you are gift certificate to spend in the store. Twist gets a gold medal in customer service!

Having been around since 1986, Twist Fashions must be doing something right… and I think I know what that something is: a massive variety of designers thus bringing in a diverse collection for the optimal shopping experience! Personally, I found the store to be a little busy in design, with too many clothes on too little racks, but at the same time, I shouldn’t complain about TOO many clothes should I? Especially if said clothes are of the Mexx, Esprit, In Wear, Part Two, Kenneth Cole, Lucky, Hudson, Jag, Yummy Tummy shapewear and Velvet amongst others. A woman who shops here supports herself and knows how to have a good time! High-quality stockings, shoes, boots and jewellery by exclusive to Twist fashions designer, Cari Streeter, bring the store into the perfect shopping realm.
