Nosh and Nibble came here for lunch and I had a great taste of the following: Quinoa Shaker($ 6) B.O.B(Bacon Onion Bun)($ 3.50) Open-Face Avocado w/Lemon Bruschetta($ 6) Stuffed Meatball Sandwich($ 10) Starting with the Quinoa Shaker, this was a glass jar filled with quinoa, black beans, corn, red pepper, zucchini, red onion, greens, feta, and served with apple lime vinaigrette. How’s that for a fully loaded jar? The way to eat this was to pour the ~2oz of vinaigrette into the jar, seal it, shake it, and then dig into with your fork. The salad was chilled, tasted fresh, and I loved the crunchier bits whether it was the quinoa or corn, making for a fun and interactive salad. The B.O.B was exactly as advertised and served with mustard. If you’ve ever had a Chinese pan-fried dumpling it’s a similar taste here with the crispier outside and fluffier inside. The onions were gooey and the bacon bits tender. I wish there was a little more bacon but there was enough onion to compensate. I’ve still yet to meet a person named Bob, but I’ve met this bun. The Avocado w/Lemon Bruschetta was when things started heating up in flavour. The avocado tasted fresh and I could smell the lemon juice right before each bite. The cherry tomatoes also contributed to the flavour atop the bruschetta. This was certainly the prettiest dish of our meal. Finally, the Stuffed Meatball Sandwich. Where else do you find this? Meat and Bread might rotate a meatball sandwich here and there, but it’s certainly not stuffed like the ones here. These handmade meatballs were a joy to eat with gooey ricotta insides and melting padano cheese all around. I didn’t taste as much herb as I thought I would, but that wasn’t a problem in choosing this sandwich as my favourite of the meal. On a regular day I could see myself grabbing one of these and getting completely full off of it.

I eat lunch here everyday. My favorite is the meatball sandwich. You are definetely getting your money’s worth with your lunch, every sandwich is huge and packed with meat. Great assortment of fresh baked goods. Love the fall seasonal pumpkin muffin. The owners are super friendly and it has a great atmosphere. If you work in the area it’s a must check out for lunch.

The coffee here is delicious. Baked goods are amazing — banana bread, biscotti. MUSTTRY the Meatball Sandwich — there is cheese inside… mmm. Friendly owners and cozy atmosphere. Just love this place!
