Came in during a girls’ weekend in Vancouver. Dan stayed after to accommodate one foot tattoo, one behind the ear and two side body tattoos; he was gifted and professional. It was a great first tattoo experience and I’m so glad to have stumbled on the shop.

Been going here for three years now Ian is awesome. Takes his time to hear and understand your needs Very professional artist, from his work to his attitude. Shop is cozy and friendly staff and clean. Busy so getting an appointment with ian might be a little hard since he’s usually booked up. Worth the wait, going to empty dead spots to get inked done not always a good thing, better deal with a busy artist that’s doing well than someone’s who’s in need and just after your cash. Haven’t dealt with other artists at the shop so can’t make any reviews on them but they seem friendly and knowledgeable. Have done both chest. Shorts. Inside of arms and two cover ups Deff recommend

Free Beer! Ok kidding. But I got yer attention didn’t I? Ok, so I want to talk about The Three Point Tattoo. They’re a rad little shop in Chinatown(27 Pender St. West, Vancouver). It was formerly the Craftsman Tattoo in case the location sounds familiar. I had a forearm piece done last December by Ian in particular, and can say with elated certainty that I won’t be heading anywhere else again! I first made an appointment as a result of a referral from a friend who had a holy hell amazing Japanese half sleeve done. I was sold. I have had many a tattoo in many a shop and had yet to find a place where I could see myself going for the next 50 years(that’s right, I plan to get tattooed into my 80’s…don’t you!?). Finding a tattoo artist who is down to earth, fun, clean, and personable can often be more of a pain in the ass than the actual tattoo itself(I guess if you were getting an ass tattoo anyway???) and I’m so glad I don’t have to worry about that part anymore. This shop is in a great location, lots of parking nearby, and close to the skytrain. It has that«good old boys» feel to it when you walk in, and you get a bellowing chorus welcome as soon as you hit the door. It’s clean, semi-private, well loved and well managed. The artwork these guys produce is second to none. You can view portfolios, contact information and shop news all at . So run, don’t walk, step over yer mama to get to this shop. You won’t regret it.
