Seating along the windows. Nice location for another of their Reserve locations. Basic selection of cups and snacks. Full range of Reserve coffee beans. Very helpful staff. They open at 6 am on a Sunday.

I love here, Starbucks on Robson St. Because they give me always same high quality of coffee such as cappuccino or latte. Their hospitality is also very nice that make me comfortable. I love Starbucks but here, their skills are wonderful.

One of the larger, better laid out Starbucks that I’ve been to, and I’ve been to ones all over the world now, including the flagship store in Seattle. Long and curved with lots of varied seating areas… If they hadn’t closed off a lot of the plugs, I’d say it was perfect.(look under the circular bench seating under the window for all the plugs… Yay…) WiFi was solid, lots of space to work and write, high ceilings so it didn’t get deafening when busy, and a surprising amount of outdoor seating. Customer service was prompt and friendly… Considering this is a few blocks from my new place, I may just make this my go-to work place. Woohoo!

I went to this Starbucks yesterday and tried to order a full eggnog eggnog latte. Normally eggnog is cut with milk but I prefer it straight. At every other Sbux I’ve ever been to, they are more than happy to accommodate this request. So I ordered my beverage and the guy working at the counter told me that they can’t do that. I inquire as to the Sbux ‘say yes’ policy and he stares blankly at me. Then he tells me in their Christmas meeting his manager said they can’t do straight eggnog. Now I know this ISNOTTRUE since I’ve been doing it for 10 years and I did it the same day at a Sbux closer to my office. I then ask to speak to the manager and he says the manager is on vacation. Yeah, I’m sure he is. So, if you want rude and unfriendly staff, go to this Starbucks. I know I never will

I was in this Starbucks recently and had terrible service — I’m not sure if the manager has a grasp as to what his or her staff is up to. They do not embody the Starbucks spirit and instead are rude and unhelpful to customers. It is a shame since I live near this location. I will not being going back to this Starbucks until the staff are trained on proper customer service.

of all starbucks I’ve been to this one has given me the friendliest and most efficient service. Location is great. It is usually busy and the patio is great during the summer.

Mildly shocked that there’s actually a Starbucks outpost in Vancouver, the company’s virtual second home town, that’s gone without a Unilocal review for so long. But not any more, folks! This particular spot’s nestled into the cosy corner at Robson-Jervis, and because of the lay-out, almost gives off a quirky semi-subterranean vibe, with part of the patio located above the front Robson St. entrance and seating area. Staff’s good and friendly, and the wi-fi’s been fast and reliable thus far — as it seems some Starbucks wi-fi spots are a bit slower, maybe due to them being rammed with wi-fi users(or thievers). The J-shaped lay-out is pretty distinctive, with plenty of upholstered seating and big windows to let in that Vancouver gloom. Only wish there were more power outlets around said upholstered seating areas.
