I purchased my homeowners insurance from Shaw Sabey years ago and to be honest there is not much I need from an insurance broker. When I change my credit card, i need to update my insurance provider. Simple right?
Well apparently if you are not there in person then getting a hold of someone is a challenge. Every single time I call in I get either voicemail or someone who transfers me to a different voicemail.
Rewind a year ago, after leaving 3 voicemails in the span of a week I finally got a call back, it was annoying back then but I let it go. Now today I have a new credit card and it’s time to update, voicemail that was left last week has gone un-​answered and i’m still waiting for a call back today.
If you are near and can drop-​in then Shaw Sabey is great but if you want a company that will answer your call and actually provide assistance without going to voicemail — you really need to keep looking.
