What a ripoff. I ordered a mixed sashimi plate for $ 16 and got the smallest plate of fish I’ve ever seen. I should have gone around the corner where plates are 4x as big and half the price.

The owners are extremely nice, but unfortunately the sushi is really not great. The portions are rather small and the sushi rice is too sweet.

Horrible sushi. How can one go wrong with negitoro roll? It’s chopped tuna with onions. The rice was warm and to save money, they added cucumber. I’ve NEVER had cucumber in negitoro rolls. And it’s not one of the cheap sushi joints so I expected decent sushi rolls. Too bad Spin Roll wasn’t open that day.

Just terrible. The rice was soggy, the rolls were carelessly done. It was warm and mediocre. Kappa roll was 2.50. The small but of ginger looked like torn pieces, hastily thrown together in to an ugly little mound, I would never go back.

I love their Chicken Ramen in medium spicey. The Korean lady is nice.

Dropped in here for a quick lunch today with my better half. Two rolls of kimbap and one bowl of ramen cost us $ 14, which is fine I suppose. The kimbap is clearly made by Koreans who know what a quick and simple kimbap should be, and the ramen is clearly out of a packet with some chopped veggies thrown in for good measure. Only eight or so barstools to sit at, no ambience, but a friendly smile from the owner, and quick service. Not the place to go for a nice lunchtime sushi(try Kita Donburi just up Seymour) but can’t go wrong if you’re in a hurry.

Haven’t been here in a while, but I remember that the food was good and very well-prepared with fresh ingredients. It’s a small joint, but nice and quiet. Service is fast with polite servers.

A take-out sushi spot on the corner of Hastings & Seymour — well located for students studying at SFU Harbour Centre and people working in the area. Mildly pricey and with slow service. Our cali and kappa roll w/miso($ 8.75) was warm and mediocre. The space is also small, uncomfortably warm and smelling of sushi. Perhaps a fan and a little ambience(radio) could help. Staff were nice.
