I pre paid a 250 $ tv stand cabinet .I waited 3 weeks and when I finally got my tv stand there was 2 HUGE SCRATCHES inside the cabinet! when I asked the man what happened he immediately wanted to give me my money back not even wanting to make it right. I have bought in the past 2 pieces but it was under different owners. I left with no tv stand after waiting a month! The other reviewer was right about this owner and I should have listened to his review. Unbelievable terrible service and ATTITUDE right here in kits! yuck SAVE YOUR MONEY

BUYER BEWARE:
The customer service from this furniture place is absolutely horrible. Once these people have your money they don’t seem to really care about giving the customer satisfaction.
I would not recommend buying from this store or chain unless you really have to. And if you have to then don’t give them all your payment upfront. Hold back at least 30% til you are satisfied of their product. I found their product to be of substandard quality and there are marks and blemishes that a professional company would not sell. As well, the drawers are not aligned well and do not slide open easily. Workmanship is poor and management is very reluctant to exchange the product sold.

I stopped in here unplanned and was pleased with the selection, quality and prices. They stock mostly locally made solid wood furniture in a variety of stain colours and they can also do custom orders. The store is not large, but I felt it had a good selection and was not overly cluttered, it was an enjoyable look around. The furniture design is simple and classic. The gentleman working here was helpful, unobtrusive and friendly. Although I don’t need any of these pieces right now I would recommend this place to others looking for solid wood, quality furniture at a reasonable price. *Love that it’s made in Vancouver!

If you are looking for some basic wood furnishings for your home, this is a great place to check out as it carries a full range of items from dressers to desks and bookshelves. This store is kind of Ikea-​esque in that it is quite basic and the designs are simple, but it’s much, much above Ikea in terms of quality and value for your money. For well-​made wood furniture, things here are reasonably priced, and you’ll almost certainly find what you are looking for in the way of filling up a corner of your home.
