Martin Szabo Photography

I have worked with Martin several times, he is very passionate about what he does, and every year he blows me away with quality of his pictures. Great person with insane skills in photography!

I met Martin about a year ago, and within that time I’ve had the pleasure of working with him numerous times. He never ceases to amaze me! His passion and talent are undeniable, and no matter the situation or problem that is thrown at him he will use to his advantage. Models feel at ease right away, and its always such a fun day on set. Ive worked with many photographers and Martin is always who I will recommend! The photos he produces always blow me away!

For over a year I’ve been wanting to get quality, stunning photos of my rescue dog Cashew that would last a lifetime. To many people animals are definitely part of the family. Parents are constantly making their kids wear stylish clothes for their photos, so why don’t we do the same with our loving animals? There are countless fashionable dogs in this city so why not have a glam pet photographer capture that.
I had the privilege to meet Martin Szabo, and I immediately felt relaxed because of his great bedside manners, and his genuine sense of care for dogs. He even played with my dog for a bit too which was fun! I didn’t feel like another client or just a number, but he made me and Cashew feel like we were his only clients which I thought was very good.
Martin was very creative with the available props in the apartment and made the most out of them. He used a coffee table as a dock for a «sailing» theme so effectively it was very convincing. In addition he even suggested I use my necklace as a prop for my dog, and he was right. the photos came out so beautifully! This just made me trust his sharp artistic sense. What I especially liked was that Martin wasn’t being serious but rather, had a fun, energetic approach to photography.
The prints Martin said he orders the papers from Germany. You have to see the papers in person to see how beautiful it is.
Bottom line, if you are looking for a down-​to-​earth photographer who will capture the best in your animals, contact him. A true gem in Vancouver!
