Looked around the store for nearly half an hour waiting for owner to help us. He was finishing with another customer so i thought he’d be right with us. But when he kept starting up small talk with this customer, i realized he wasn’t interested in helping us so I left disappointed, irritated and decided not to return.

What a great find for our bathroom renovations, Doug was helpful and we didnt feel like we were being rushed to pick. We able to bring a sample board home to see if our choice was right and found as we shopped around thats LMCT had a very competitive price. Cant wait till our bathroom is done so we can post pics! and looking forward to doin bathroom # 2 with Doug’ friendly courteous service…
