Extremely dissapointed with management at this gym. Was promised that vacation time could be credited to extend membership prior to sign up, as I have to travel every month and was away for 30 days right after signing up. They did not fulfill the promise that got them my business in the first place. I was told my membership expired and that the time requested would not be credited. I would never have signed up before going away for a month if I knew that I would loose that time! Obviously would have signed up after my trip. Receptionist was extremely rude when I explained this to her. Left message for owner and it took him a week to get back to me. When he called back he told me I was lying and said too bad, should have read the fine print. This place does not care about their customers, they keep filling up classes with cheap groupon memberships to the point where there are way too many people in the room to comfortably work out and even dangerous to have 30 people running around into each other. It’s clearly just about the money for these guys. Although Lance the head trainer is really good, the management is terrible. Stay away from these money hungry pricks. They just want to take your money and run. What kind of gym does not want repeat customers anyway? That just does not make sense. I would never recommend to anyone they basically robbed me of $ 100 and laughed in my face.
