I agree with all the negative reviews on here and wish that there were some posted at the time I had purchased a voucher. When I arrived at this hole in the wall with the stairs smelling like piss, I went into the room and 2 people were just sitting there, one was eating. I had called in advance to confirm my appt. The receptionist who barely speaks English tells me the Dr will be late, about half an hour. I was not impressed given I had driven a distance to get there. How inconsiderate! Only one other lady was waiting. I told them I was leaving and requested a refund for my voucher. It took some convincing to get even credit from my account because they refused to provide a refund. BE CAUTIOUS and STAY FAR AWAY! How do these places even offer such deals from unprofessional vendors. The more reviews that are posted the more other people will be aware.

Same thing happened to me pretty much. I had a voucher for a 90-​min session of either acupuncture or massage. They suggested I do 30 min. of acupuncture and 1 hour of massage. I said I only wanted massage. Then they said if I wanted massage only I would have to pay a tip up front. I refused. Then the guy says I should pay more because the voucher company takes half their money. I said, not my problem, sir. They wouldn’t budge, and I walked out.
