Hazy Vapes

I would not buy any vape here. The owner and most staff for the most part are friendly and I got along with the owner. Its just I had a very bad experience with one of his staff and the person was less than helpful than I would have expected and if you have an issue than there could be a problem. Customer service if your shopping for a vape is an issue as its a smoke shop that is busy so sales staff are selling cigs and juices and don’t have a great amount of time to review vapes with you. That was a complaint from someone I sent there to purchase a specific vape. Returns are a hassle and other ‘shops’ have better customer service, better understanding of vapes and better return policies. I would no longer recommend this store for the purchase of vapes. The online store although a bit more expensive than others is not an issue and I am not commenting on ordering vapes through the online store as if I wanted something I may do that but I will not go to the store anymore. I was just very disappointed after a great start dealing with this company for the purchase of vapes.

The staff are decent but don’t expect any customer support. My wife bought me a new box mod for Christmas which stopped working less than a month later. No returns, no exchanges, no help. Other vape stores will usually stand by what they sell you especially if it’s new. I’ll be sticking to East side vapes on Kingsway. Far superior customer service and support.

Good selection of pipes and bongs, friendly service, open until midnight, and the best prices I have seen in Vancouver.

There is not a better place to buy pax in the lower mainland plain and simple… cheapest price by far and best selection
I will be back and am enjoying my limited edition pax that was only supposed to be available in the states!

Went here to buy vape juice. I was told they had a large selection by calling the shop but they don’t. The store more of less resembles a convienent store. The shop had like 12 flavours, all basic flavours. The shop is difficult to find, there is no advertising or banners outside at all. Ontop of that the vape juice was of poor quality. Definately will not be returning.

I got EVOD e-​cig from this store and it is working beyond my expectations. I tried several e-​cigs from different places, but were not so good. I highly recommend this store. I will pay them a visit whenever I am in Vancouver.

Been in a few times to buy a vaporizer and vaporizer products. Staff are very friendly and have great knowledge of there products. Great prices too would highly recommend

Part «smoke» shop part convenience store. I was attracted to this store ’cause they had cherry coke and 7-​up which is a rarity to find in the city. Service was awesome. Prices are decent for import sodas.

Interesting combination of services/​products here. Not just your average convenience store, but they offer those cool & colourful, tall smoke pipes, as well as unlocking services for cell phones! at $ 35 with same day service, just make sure you back up your data. And sure beats going all the way to Richmond or Crystal Mall in Burnaby lol
When i’m in the area, i usually buy his deals on the smaller size of chip bags; i do this so i don’t the whole bag sizes found at Save on Foods, etc. b/​c I will — ive got no discipline when it comes to the munchies.
