We called this maid company because we needed a maid to come clean our beautiful brand new townhouse.
The agreement made on the phone was 2 hours at $ 35 an hour, the maid cleaned for 2 hours exactly but charged for 3 hours.
not a good way to start with a potential regular customer. The reason why we chose this company was because they said they didnt have a minimum starting rate and all we needed was 2 hour clean biweekly
