I have been working out with Dallas for several months now. I no longer get light headed. I was in poor shape but willing to learn the benefits of exercise. I am now with him 2x week plus I workout on my own too as he has shown me some great tools. He gives you guidance and never makes you feel inadequate if you can’t do something. Dallas makes each session unique with new routines and pushes you where needed. I’m on my journey with fitness and weight loss because of his patience and my sweat.

I got my 5 sessions today and to be honest I feel very good about my self. My bad eating habit has change a little and my metabolism has gone up. I work 9 hours a day and usually after work I’m very tired and I barely have time to play with my 7 yr old daughter but after my 4th training with Dallas I’ve seen a little improvement on my social life, one of the good thing that i really like about Dallas is that he listen to my needs especially after my car accident I was never 100% anymore. I have been working out with Dallas for close to a year now. When I began I couldn’t walk more than a couple of blocks before breaking into a sweat. I would be huffing and puffing if I had to carry anything up even one flight of stairs. I turn 50 in two days and thanks to Dallas I feel healthier than I have in ten years. He is exceptionally in tune with my specific needs and his exercise régime has helped me to rebuild muscle and regain my balance. Dallas has a comfortable well equipped private gym in his home where he works one on one with his clients. He is extremely personable very energetic and 100% encouraging. When I started training with Dallas, my physical abilities were very limited and I felt like I was going to puke on very simple exercises. I had not exercised much in 15 years. He was patient, encouraging, and explained what was happening as my body adjusted to a new routine of exercise. After a couple months of training I felt great and my physical abilities increased substantially. He helped make routine exercise both in his gym and on my own a comfortable and enjoyable part of my lifestyle. Dallas is a great personality, is patient, and very knowledgeable, making him an excellent trainer. Knowledge from his degree, his own competitive running, and competitive swimming has been helpful. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend giving him a try. I am considering running a 5K race which is something I would have never considered earlier this year.

I contacted Dallas hoping to work with a personal trainer to get toned for an upcoming event. Though I have a crazy work schedule and limited gym time, Dallas managed to get me into an efficient 4-day-a-week routine which had me seriously sweating! The plan incorporated cardio and weight lifting. While challenging, the workouts were manageable for me and I was able to see fast improvement, which I was really pleased with! I’ve continued challenging myself with Dallas’ guidance and I feel really great about the progress. I would recommend him to everyone! He’s super patient, knowledgeable, and generally awesome to work with.

dallas is the best personal trainer in the WORLD. he really listens to your needs and creates a customized workout plan based on those needs. i just did the sun-run and i swear i run it in a better time than i would have ever imagined because of the workout plan he gave me. the workout plan he made me really caters to my physical capabilities when it comes to exercise and also accommodates my lifestyle/daily schedule. it’s challenging, but not impossible to do and too intense. i really love how my plan eased me into running, because i am not a runner at all. i’m currently training for a half-marathon in august and although i’ve never run that distance in my life, i’m confident i’ll be ready for it thanks to dallas!
