I like freshii, I enjoy their food. I like that you can customize anything to your liking and it doesn’t taste bland for something healthy. I’m just very disappointed in this location of freshii. I drove down there starving, even paid for parking. I get to the door and see the sign. Today management decided to close an hour early??? How is this at all professional? I know they are a franchise but I have no idea if they are individually owned. I will no longer support this location. I went down to the west Georgia location. It happened to be 15 minutes before closing and they were so nice and accommodating.

Sometimes, you do get get a full bowl, but other times not. I once paid $ 11 for a salad, which appeared full and then I shook it a bit and noticed it was less than half full… no thanks. I’ve been here quite a bit, but it’s just too inconsistent.

This place isn’t worth it in my opinion. They give you A LOT of whatever is cheap and easy(e.g. rice) and very little of actual substance. I paid extra to get falafel added to something that I bought there, and they put such a miniscule quantity(it was at most one falafel ball that was crumpled up). I went back a second time and got an interesting sounding salad + chilli thing, and it ended up being the same thing — not much of substance. Don’t go here if you value having tasty food where you get real value for what you pay. This place is great if you just want to fill up and don’t care about the actual ingredients.

Love freshis, this location typically doesn’t have prawns or the Buddha satay on the menu but they make a Buddha satay especially for me when I go :) with salmon which is also quite tasty:)

Came here for lunch with my coworkers. It’s like a salad bar but they mix everything for you in a plastic bag, then put it into a bowl. Main choices: Salad, Bowl(Rice, Rice Noodles, Quinoa), Wrap, Soup(Rice, Rice Noodles, Quinoa, Kale) — See menu for more details You can add premium or regular toppings as well as sauces. Be careful with additional toppings as the price increases a lot. Freshii seems very cheap but if you are a big eater it might not be the best option for you. One of my coworkers’ lunch bowl costed about $ 20+. Mine was approximately $ 15+. If you are worried about this get a fixed item which sounds pretty good actually at affordable price! Ingredients are freshii and the food tastes pretty good although it doesn’t necessarily look appetizing lol(due to heavy mixing process). I PROS — Healthy ingredients — Extensive combination of food based on your liking — Cheap for some people CONS — Mixed food is not instagram worthy — Too many toppings add up costly

Had the blueberry walnut oatmeal and the red power juice. Oatmeal was really good lots of blueberries and walnuts and really creamy, and no complaints on the juice.

Everyone who works here looks like it’s their summer job during the school break but I still really enjoy me some Freshii! Love the option of ordering online. Take my time, stroll up to the till and grab my order, no wait! I’ve tried a couple of the wraps before, I really like the Cobb Salad wrap. Sometimes the avocado is hiding on one end, but it’s a nice surprise to get lots when I get there so I don’t mind. Great ‘healthier’ option downtown when you don’t feel like the typical fast food joints. Sometimes it’s just hard to choose as the options all sound good!

Being a vegetarian, I like that freshii always has endless options for me and is a quick way to eat healthy on the go. The portion sizes are a lot, and usually I can save some for my lunch the next day as well. For the price you pay, it is totally worth it!

I still like Freshii but staff needs some retraining on getting the orders right. I’ve had a number of meals(take out back to my office) that don’t turn out as I’ve ordered, mainly paying extra for something like avocado or green wrap and not getting it. One time my salad was completely void of dressing when the bill clearly indicated dressing to be tossed in the salad.

If you’re going to charge close to $ 10 for soup, make sure it has some flavour and don’t stuff up my order. I ordered asian vegetable soup with chicken. Extra charge for the chicken, did not receive the chicken. The soup was like luke warm water. Would love to go and get my money back, but Im working and cant get back down there. Very disappointing.

The product that Freshii offers is quite delicious and satisfying BUT the employees at this specific location have to be some of the slowest/laziest of any work place in the entire area. I’m trying to refrain from being mean but I just can’t help but to vent my experiences with this place. I came here yesterday on my lunch break with one coworker and ordered within 2 minutes of each other, he got a noodle bowl and I got a wrap. His bowl was done and given to him within 5 minutes of ordering while my wrap took 20 minutes. no joke 4 girls, who ordered behind me, all got their food before I did… and when mine finally came AFTER my coworker had finished his entire bowl already… they didn’t even give me the right kind of wrap that I ordered. Seriously horrible service, the worst part is that you pay first before even getting your food so it’s not like you can just leave if it’s taking too long. I would have complained at the time but my lunch break was almost over and I had to get back to work lol. On another occasion at this location 2 of my other coworkers came here when it was completely dead and both ordered the same thing and paid… yet only 1 of their orders ever arrived before one of my coworkers had to ask why 3 people were just standing there and looking at their phones before the lady at the desk apologized and said that they may have forgotten to make the 2nd wrap. Really? When you’re paying $ 8-$ 10, this kind of service really is unacceptable. As I said, the product is good but the employees really need better training at this location.

Last Tuesday I decided to try Freshii for lunch as I’ve always been curious about it, and I am attempting to eat healthy. I ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl, and being a newbie to Freshii, I asked for it to go. The cashier told me that all items were in to-go containers, so I inquired if they are able to warm up the food, and the cashier assured me that they are. Since it was during the lunch rush, I patiently waited for at least five minutes for my food. When I received my food, the plastic top of the container was warm, misleading me to believe that the contents were also warm. The contents of the bowl, which mostly consisted of rice soaked in «teriyaki» sauce, resulting in a gooey, mushy texture, was barely lukewarm. The Gewürztraminer I had at the Libra Room was warmer than the slop in the bowl! Not impressed, I went up to the cashier and asked for it to be warmed up again. They took my food, and 30 seconds later, it was«ready». Suspicious, because there was no way that they could have properly heated it up in that short a time span, I took my food back to my table, and surprise surprise, the food wasn’t any warmer. So I asked for them to warm it up «again». Well, same result, as expected. Sure, I could have simply taken the food back to the office and heated it up in the microwave in the lunch room, but I refuse to pay $ 8 for something that is cold and disgusting. And after my experience at Arturo’s the week before, I was in no mood to pay over $ 8 for cold food [that has a reasonable expectation of being warm]. So I went up to the cashier and politely, but firmly demanded a refund. She said she’d get the supervisor/manager to issue a refund, but instead she came back with a card for a free meal. Um, NO. 1. I wanted a REFUND. 2. She said she’d get a manager to issue a REFUND. Maybe I’m mistaken, but isn’t a REFUND when you GETYOURMONEYBACK? Getting a voucher is not a REFUND. And how would it be a «free» meal if **I’ve already paid for it?!** It would be a «free» meal if they issued me a REFUND and then gave me a voucher. Also, I had no desire to ever eat there again. I stood my ground and once again, demanded a REFUND. The cashier went to get a supervisor, presumably, and came back with a guy sporting a neck tattoo. Neck Tattoo couldn’t comprehend why I refused the voucher for a «free» meal, and only after repeating myself several times that I wanted MYMONEYBACK, did he comply. Trying to stall and make things as difficult for me as possible, he asked me for my receipt. Because I had paid in cash, I didn’t bother getting my receipt, nor was it even offered to me. He said that he «needed» a receipt to issue a refund. Seriously?! I told him what I had ordered – surely he could punch 1 x teriyaki rice bow into the fucking cash register and hit refund, right?! – but he made a big production of having to find the transaction in the computer since I didn’t have my receipt, asking me several times what I had ordered. *sigh* After several minutes of stalling, he finally figured out how to issue me a refund/realized that I was not going to back down on my refund, and issued me my refund. The rice bowl was $ 7.89 + tax, for a total of $ 8.28, so I had given $ 10.30, and received $ 2 in change. So I was confused when Neck Tattoo gave me a refund of $ 10.30. Now, I should have just taken that and left, pocketing the extra $ 2, but annoyed at the whole situation and taken aback by the utter stupidity, I told him that my refund should be $ 8.30. He didn’t quite understand the concept of MATH, and said, «but it says you paid $ 10.30, so your refund is $ 10.30.» OMG. I’m not fucking kidding you. He seriously couldn’t comprehend that the cashier had given me change.

Oh, Freshii. I used to love you. We used to love each other. What happened? You’ve managed to stuff up every single one of my orders recently. From forgotten ingredients, to mixed up ingredients, to not even making my orders after I submitted them using the online tool, you seem to find a new way of making me sad every time I come visit you. Flash back to a year ago, everything was going so well! I ordered online, you had my order ready to go when I showed up half an hour later. I ate, and got through the rest of the work day with a happy tummy. I’d love to give you another shot, in hopes that we could rekindle what we once had, but I just don’t think I can do it. I think we have to stop seeing each other.

I read the reviews on Unilocal and decided to try out Freshii today. I was impressed by the selection and was really looking forward to the customization. I loved the card idea, and I chose a lot on the menu. I ended up paying $ 16 for the salad, which is a lot for the salad. But I figure I’d try the different mixes for the first time and decide what I like for next time. When the salad came in the clear plastic container, I looked at it and mentioned to the staff that the egg slices and the eggs didn’t appear to be in there. He said that it’s in the middle somewhere. I took it back to the office and started enjoying my salad, and low and behold, no eggs at all. The salad itself was good, but I’m very frustrated that the 2 items I specifically checked wasn’t in there. I wish they would: 1) get my order right 2) not dismiss me when I point out that something may be missing(maybe say something like I’ll just make sure). To be fair, perhaps I should’ve opened the container, and sift through the salad to make sure all the items in there. It’s frustrating as I just came back from New York where there’s a salad bar every couple of blocks, I really wanted to like Freshii(it would’ve been almost a daily trip for me). But now I’m very hesitant to go back as I don’t know if I’ll get the actual items I ordered(you pay extra for the protein items). Luckily the salmon piece was still in there as that’s the most expensive piece.

I try to avoid eating healthy when I eat out because I feel like I can make it at home. However, something about Freshiii makes me break that rule! I’ve had their salads, rice bowl, and wraps. I have loved everything I’ve tried so far. The nice thing about freshii is that they seem to come out with new items every now and then. Keeps the menu interesting! It’s a little pricey, roughly $ 8-$ 10. But I am stuffed in the end and I don’t feel gross so I’m happy in the end. Took a friend here twice and she enjoyed it. They need to open up more locations! Tip: apparently you can pre order by calling ahead or ordering online. The line ups at lunch time get pretty long!

Stopped here for lunch one day after picking up my passport. I’m definitely a fan! It”s very consistent like a past reviewer said, and you definitely get your money’s worth. I ordered the falafel bowl, which came with brown rice, beets, carrots, falafel(of course), chickpeas and a couple other things that are slipping my mind. Lunch came out to about $ 9 with the drink I purchased. You can customize your lunch and substitute the brown rice with quinoa and add sauces etc. I really like the concept of having fresh, healthy food available downtown for reasonable prices. The customer service was really good and the staff were very welcoming. There wasn’t much space inside since everyone was watching the game but you can sit outside and people watch while you’re eating lunch. The only thing that I had a problem with was the ordering bit. I wish I had known I could customize my order before I ordered and that I had time to look at the boxes. Ah well, at least I know for next time. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick and healthy lunch.

Probably the most consistent of the bunch, and a bit more flair being near Waterfront, near Gastown. Consistent also in terms of their infamous yogurt, where the Broadway machine’s usually broken down. A few items a tad more expensive though, that’s to be expected considering the real estate. Friendly staff. It’s a bit more spacious than Broadway(geez feel bad for picking lol) but the Georgia store wins hands down for spaciousness and seating.

Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but are we all hit with a sense of doubt when you walk into a very quiet food establishment with only two teenage boys running the show? Hate to say, I am! I had a «healthy day» going and felt like having a delicious salad for dinner. As I was around the corner from this salad bar, I thought: why not! After all, I’ve read about Freshii and it says«made fresh to order». I don’t know why but I imagined a Subway for salads. When I found out that it wasn’t a Subway for salads, I had lost all interest in this place. Furthermore, I see those prices and I don’t like them. But, I decided to order a salad off their menu anyway. I ask the boy for a recommendation and he selected the Asian Chop — also a house special. So, I went with that. Paid for my $ 10 salad and went home. Watching the boys prepare my salad was like watching 5-year-olds fingerpaint. It warms your heart to see that they are having fun doing something, but you don’t want any part in or of the product. I opened up the plastic container to find a small, tiny dish of dressing. For the amount of salad in that container, there should have been at least 2 small dishes of dressing. The salad contained big chunks of lettuce(I even found a whole leaf), spinach, some soy beans, a few slices of mandarin oranges and cold chicken. It was quite tasty, but really not $ 10 tasty. Everything else on the menu also looked way overpriced for what you will be getting. There will probably not be a next time, Freshii. Too bad.

This is my favorite fast food, favorite office lunch and favorite salad option of all time. As someone who makes a big effort to eat healthy, I love the many different healthy AND tasty options at Freshii. Even if you’re wheat-free or gluten-free, you have many choices, including not only salads but also quinoa bowls, soups, rice noodle bowls and kale wraps. You can order their recommended combos or customize your own, and the friendly staff is very helpful in advising on what makes a good combination. Another big Freshii plus: online ordering. I have my Fresshi account setup with my credit card info and all my favorite salads and quinoa bowls, including the combos I’ve invented myself. If I’m planning to eat lunch at my desk, or have only a few minutes to step out, I preorder and prepay for my meal and it’s waiting for me at the designated time(I try to order at least 30 mins in advance so I don’t have any trouble getting the pickup time I want.) Best of all: even though this is a fast-food chain, it’s got terrific, friendly and personal service. Erica at the front counter achieves a miraculous balance between friendliness and efficiency, and always takes time to greet me by name even when she’s ploughing through a line of customers. The whole staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which makes me happy to be such a regular customer!

If I were to have written a review for this business a year or two ago, it would not be a good one. I’m actually really delighted to see Freshii pull itself back together. Perhaps it’s better management and staff all around. I’m doing a 180 and now I can say… I *heart* Freshii. The speed and service has improved immensely. The consistency and accuracy of my orders are bang on every time — HUGE improvement and, now, happiness :) The concept behind Freshii is brilliant. I like how you can customize your meal by checking off a whole bunch of boxes, and the staff makes whatever YOU want. It’s easy and awesome. The décor is very simple, clean and bright. Love it. The price point, for the portion size you receive, is excellent. Salads are still epic(although, size has become smaller since last summer). **A note when custom ordering, for example, if you expect ample toppings vs lettuce mix, you will need to check off the boxes for your«unlimited» toppings and write in pencil beside them«x 2». It’s free to do and will make you happier. I love to create & order three things here: 1 — brown rice bowl — roasted chicken, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, red peppers, mushrooms, spinach, cilantro, with spicy peanut sauce 2 — spinach/freshii mix salad — roasted chicken, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, red peppers, dates, green apple, croutons, honey dijon 3 — frozen yogurt — delicious soft serve style with your choice of two toppings…(double oreo! = love). **Request that they layer in the toppings vs pouring only on top. — — - I recently won their business card draw — lunch for two! My creations today are perfection. Thank you!
