Some businesses just don’t understand the meaning of customer service. I give this place zero stars( Unilocal just doesn’t allow that). I purchased a groupon for full legs laser and called to confirm a few details before completing my purchase. At NOPOINT in my conversation did they tell me «HEY! Just an FYI, we’re not like the other groupon offers out there — we assume you wish you have one hairy leg, so we’re only offering to do last on YOURONELEG.» So, I went ahead and purchased it and when I showed up for my appointment, I’m told, «oh, just so you know, you need to purchase a second groupon for your second leg.» What?!? All the other laser offers are for both legs — I’m sorry I missed that their was no «s» at the end of full leg. Also, they make you sign a waiver saying they spoke you about your Skin, the risks, how the treatment will work, etc. without having done any of that. I guess most people don’t question it so they get away with it. Not okay with me.
