Escents Aromatherapy

I stopped in here today during a visit to Vancouver. It was my first time visiting an Escents Aromatherapy store, although I was familiar with some of their products, as I had received some as a birthday gift one and a half years ago. Tori (Victoria) was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. She encouraged me to smell the testers and explore the store. I found the packaging/​labeling confusing and found it hard to correctly identify products on the shelves while in the store, despite the store appearing well organized. I ended up purchasing a custom blended body wash.
When I first entered the store I was greeted promptly, and was given one-​on-​one attention as the store was not busy. The store quickly grew busy, and Tori demonstrated her ability to maintain calm and focused while multitasking.
She gave me tips for using the body wash, thanked me for waiting patiently, and asked me if I would like a bag. I like the little fabric bag she put my bottle of body wash in. She then thanked me for coming in and told me to have a good day, and also invited me to return to the store another time.

This is a cool spot to check out if you are wandering down Robson St. I was not planning on buying anything, but walked out with a few Bath Salt Bombs. Their prices are average and the staff are pretty nice!

Like all the other escents that I have been to, this one gives you a discount on your B-​day. For my B-​day I got some lavender oil. Decent customer service.
