I was looking forward to trying out lash extensions at Double Take Studio because I was referred to this place by a few friends. I booked an appointment for today (Saturday June 11) at 1pm. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. However, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated when I showed up and the place was closed, despite their posted hours of operations says they should be open from 10am to 7pm from Tuesday to Saturday. I would have appreciated at least a phone call to let me know my appointment has been cancelled so that I didn’t have to waste my time driving in from Richmond.

Best eyelashes extension experience I ever had. It’s very light and soft. I don’t feel the extension at all. It’s so natural. Not like those I did elsewhere before. The people that work there are very friendly. I really enjoy getting my lash done there!

I have been to many lash places and this is the best place I’ve ever been to. I refer all my friends there and I highly recommend anyone who wants to get their eyelashes done WITHOUT damage and the best results, please go to double take studio! Mandy is their best tech there, actually she’s the best tech in town!!! Denys also offers great service and extremely kind to all the clients and is very knowledgeable with his eyelashes and tea! I love them, never going anywhere else.

Excellent service and friendly and knowledgeable technicians. They have tons of deals on their facebook page and when my lashes started falling out unexpectedly early they offer to take care of it for free.
They ask lots of questions about what kind of look you would like and how it would fit your eye shape to ensure that you leave satisfied. I’m very happy with my eyelashes and would definitely be coming back!

The owners at Double Take Studio are wonderful and experienced lash experts! Whenever I need to get my lashes done, this is the studio I go to!
They really know what they’re doing and I have never noticed any breakage after having my lashes seamlessly and individually applied by the lash artist! They are patient and great listeners, they take the time to understand the look you’re going for during your consultation. The whole process takes about 1.5 hrs and the result last about 3 – 4 weeks. And after the service, they even give you a care kit to take care of your beautiful lashes! Would definitely go back again!
