Unprofessional and unfriendly customer service. I booked a kayak online and paid via PayPal. When I didn’t receive a confirmation email I called them and I was told no money has been transferred to them even through the payment was complete on my Paypal account. They said they didn’t even have a kayak available even though their website was still showing a kayak available at that time. They were not helpful with a refund, never followed up with me on what went wrong on their server, and didn’t care when I told them I wouldn’t consider their service again.
