It sounds like this is a company you want to deal with for your investments, but I would definitely not use this company for mortgage needs. The Mortgage Services specialist, Ranjeet Litt, does not care about individuals. You are simply a number in the amount of portfolios she has. Her customer service is poor and reactive. If you’re not a «big fish», it’s not worth treating you like you have any value. Make your home buying experience pleasant. Avoid this company for mortgages. Stick to the investment side where it looks like those people look like they know how to take care of their clients.
Or wait until they have someone who can treat mortgage clients with dignity and respect.
