All-In Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Chris and his crew, mainly Chris, refinished our 100 year old fir floors. I can’t believe how beautiful they are! He even managed to bring the floors back in two rooms that had painted floors. Floor refinishing is very hard work, Chris was careful and the process really is relatively dust free. The time spent in the preparation stages yielded a very professional result. Chris did a fantastic job on my parquet floor. He was friendly, professional and really took the time to do it right. My floors look 100 times better than before. I almost don’t want to put any furniture on it because it looks so good.
He was able to come in advance to take measurements and give me a written estimate. We agreed on a date to begin the work, and he showed up on time and got to work. It took a couple of days longer than estimated, but this is because he wanted to do a thorough job and make sure everything was done properly. (This wasn’t a problem for me) The final bill was exactly as estimated, and like I said, the end result was incredible.

Really happy with the way this turned out. They were quick, efficient and tidied everything up before leaving. The floors were in pretty bad shape prior to us contacting All-​in, and I really wasn’t sure where to start, but Chris gave us a great quote and struck us as very professional.

Chris and his crew are just great to work with. After reviewing the «how to» on Home depot site I opted to go the professional route and found their business on the web.
and am so glad I did. You should NEVER try to do your own hardwood floors. Mine were over 100 yrs old — had been restained, painted and even had botched up home sanding jobs (previous owners) with drum marks everywhere where someone was still obviously learning the hard way. By the time you rent the gear (and you need a lot) and figure out how to use and do the finer finishing parts of fill it is not worth doing this any other way than hiring pros. Their expertise and eye allowed my dining and loung floors to come up a treat. People are saying «nice job» to me (on my fb photos) but all I did was make the smart decision to pay for this and move some furniture out the way. Rates are reasonable, their website has all the tips too. I am now saving up to do the second floor of this heritage house. I can send photos if anyone wants me to verify the work that they did. Have some before and afters and glad I took them as it was so ugly with two different colour stains on this 100 yr plus fir.
