I went to All Class Beauty to get a sewn in weave. I booked my appointment the day before I went, and told the girl on the phone that I wanted to see Agnes. When I got there the next day a girl helped me pick out a good quality hair. I paid about $ 325 for the hair alone. When I asked who would be doing my hair the girl said Agnes wasn’t there. Luckily she walked through the door a few minutes later and agreed to do it. I asked her how much it would be and she told me I had to pay for the hair and each row separately. On her website under pricing it says with the purchase of the hair you would get two rows included. She did not agree to this even though I showed her what her website said. I went through with the appointment anyway since I really wanted to get my hair done. Agnes talked on her phone the entire time she did my hair. After it was all said and done she didn’t style it to blend it as she does in her pictures/​videos and she didn’t explain how to care for the extensions. I paid $ 460 for the hair and service.
Two weeks later I returned to the salon to get ²⁄₃ of my braids tightened. On her website her pricing says $ 5 per row for tightening. She charged me $ 75.
The hair looked great and blended well after I styled it, however her service is bad. I wouldn’t recommend letting her cut or colour your hair as it doesn’t look very good in her pictures. I also wouldn’t recommend getting makeup done by her as she has zero hygiene standards. She had eyeliners laying around with no caps on in dirty baskets… Not to mention she does not have any barbicide to clean her brushes and combs.
If you’re just looking to get hair installed, you can go see her but don’t expect to pay the prices she has listed on her website. I personally will never visit the salon again.

I came here to check out some extensions as I was thinking of bleaching and dying my own extensions (I have someone who will put them in for me). The prices were okay, however, customer service seemed a bit rough today.

As my very first review on Unilocal,I am warning the public about the very last place I would set foot in to get my hair done! Sadly this is the most disappointing business that I have ever made the mistake of counting on to save money. Purchasing quality hair extensions from All Class Beauty to get my hair done at a lower cost than if I brought my own hair in to get weaved was a marketing scheme that I fell for, the unprofessional treatment was maddening, and my hopes for leaving happy with quality work done for less was not only frustrating, it costed more than professional salons.
Hair extensions purchased at All Class Beauty in order to get a discount are nothing but a marketing scheme that I would like to warn the public about. If you think that buying hair from this place (weave extensions in my case) might save you money, you might want to re consider, and consider doing some research before having anyone who works there touch your hair. Instead of saving money, my last experience costed me literally thousands of dolors! My advice is don’t fall for it! You might get a better deal if you buy the hair from them if they are doing your hair but if you buy your hair at other distributers, you will pay the same cost (or less) and you can go to a professional salon with professional staff who actually know how to do quality work.
This extremely unprofessional business, which is run by professionally unexperienced and operated by non professionally educated hair dressers, is a good example of why it is important to find professional stylists since Vancouver BC hair dressers don’t need licences to work as hair dressers. I found this out the hard way at this salon. Hair spray was added to my corn rows (little braids along the scalp) that the wefts are attached to. The hair spray was very irritating, itchy and can be very damaging to the hair especially considering it is a drying chemical caught inside a very tight braid. When my hair extensions were in, the owner could not cut hair. She hired someone who cut my own hair along with the extensions and completely made a mess like a child cutting a doll’s hair for fun. I lost about 10 inches of my own hair, the extensions were a mess and had to be removed. I payed the owner for the job and instead of giving me all my change, she unrightfully took the tip amount from me assuming it was rightfully hers.
I lost so much length of my own hair because of attempting to save money using this salon in the first place, I had to use hair extensions longer than I had planned. That alone costed me quite a lot of money. Anyone who loves and cares about their long hair or who is trying to grow it out, my advice is to stay away from this place unless it is Halloween and you want some type of horror story hair doo!

I went and got my hair done at All Class beauty, When I phoned to make the appointment I asked about the quality of hair and how the last time I got a $ 500 weave put it I had to remove it a few days later due to my hair falling out and frizz. The owner assured me the quality of her hair is the best and I would not have this problem. The day of getting my hair done we had the same discussion. She told me I can wash it the same, go swimming ect. I asked her to blend my hair in and she told me I do not know how to cut hair when on the phone she said she would do it. that was another 70 dollars at a different salon I had to pay. I did not wash my hair for one week after having them installed. After my first wash my hair frizzed out and became a huge knot of uncontrollable hair., I phoned after about 10 days of having it done to come in and get it fixe as it was also falling out. I was sold 3 different products which brought my total up to 560 dollars then plus the 70 at the other salon. I had to take my extensions out myself after the 3^rd week. The hair is suppose to last un to 8 weeks, I texte the salon owner to let her know I will be coming in on my next day off with the hair and the products she sold me and that I would like a refund or to come up with some sort of agreement. She told me to F*** off about 5 times and told me I will never ever get my money back. She also told me she wasn’t scared of me and that she will be waiting on Thursday and that if I come by she will call the cops on me. Agnes is extremely unprofessional and if anyone has had similar problem at this salon please let me know. I will be filling for consumer protection and small claims court.

I been getting weaves and extensions for over 15 years now. As I have really thin hair, its been really frustrating finding really good and reasonably priced services, I have tried many including some privates from Craigslist. I cant recommend or love this place more to anyone, I been coming here for past two years — they sell the best quality of hair and brands compared to some others I have went to where the hair looks good but just tangled and looked so unatural. Agnes the owner is the nicest and sweetest person I know, she treats her customers really well, helped me out alot and also gives goodies, discounts and ever freebies to her loyal customer. She made a really good recommendation to me on a brand she carried, which so far out of my 15 years of trying different hair and extensions, has been the best ever! I been wearing it for 6 months now and going and the hair is in perfect. They carry best brands and quality, the staff there were really helpful in making me good recommendations while caring for my needs such as budget, etc. Superbly recommended — I havent been happier and wouldnt be able to live without this place now!

These people are the biggest liars… Check out «compliments» on my page. from someone in their camp named Mary. Sorry Mary your compliments do not make sense and why would I lie.
If they would’ve asked me nicely to take down my complaints then I would have but sending me numerous rude emails and never ever just a sorry, only cements my decision to post my complaints in the first place.
It seems as though I am not alone.
Furthermore, your posted response to my review was not a sincere apology but an attempt on your part to try and place the blame on me for your own faults.

I’ve been in the business of getting my hair braided on occasion for over 15 years in various cities and countries. Vancouver has proven to be one of the most expensive cities for braids, weaves, extensions and said products. Over the years, however the demand has increased in Vancouver and so the service has replied with increased competition, bringing down those prices. Albeit, I can not comment on the hair service itself at «All class beauty», as I did not opt to get my hair done with them for various reasons, the lady working that day was kind and very bubbly, she did however try to upsale me and tried to talk me into buying more hair than was required, which was a little annoying for if I was an inexperienced customer, I would have been swindled.
Service prices are steep but not the most unreasonable I’ve seen. They do however base their service prices in terms of any extensions, on buying your hair through them, which is the most expensive I’ve seen in all of Vancouver, New Westminster, Burnaby and Surrey. I was in a bind, looking for a particular brand, unable to commute outside of Vancouver for lack of time and had no choice but to buy from them. Very disappointed in the over pricing. Almost 3x the standard price of other suppliers in the lower mainland. For this reason and the attempt to upsale me as mentioned above,
I do not trust «All class beauty» I will not be returning nor do I recommend their services.
