I had two good experiences. And then two horrible ones, one of which is below and so i’d never go back.
I had a 6.30 pm Sunday appointment. I have used them in the past, but they couldnt find my records., No biggie I thought, as it was a long time ago.
At 6.40 pm the receptionist apologized saying the earlier client turned up late so they were running late for my RMT. They have at least 4 rooms, but clearly only 1 RMT on a Sunday.
At 6.50pm she asked me to go to the room and start relaxing so I did. And said she will give me 15 mins ‘free’ to make up for the delay.
At 7.00 pm the RMT finally came. As she started the music stopped and I could hear traffic noises outside., She didn’t fix it herself, and I had to request the music be put back on.
And then less than 3 mins into this, the RMT made a phonecall !!! I asked to stop the massage.
You’re running late, then throwing in freebies, then not caring about ambience, or professionalism and then you start talking on the phone? Is there no one here who knows how to run a service?
They apologized saying she was calling her husband and then gave me a gift card. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told they didn’t have his number? Someone named ‘Johnny’. I asked he call me and I will update this review if he ever does call.
Just SO many things were off with this place, and I’m sorry but its just not worth it.

The Good: it cost me $ 50+tax my RMT 1 hr massage which i will claim (tho receipt is for half hour)
they were very nice tho i arrived 15mins late
The bad: the place is filthy, full of dust, toilet marks,
the massage by Linda was not pleasant, she started asking me what areas i need to be care of, tho the form was completed, she didnt use enough oil so there was not a sliding sensation, i had to ask her to work in some knots in my upper back and she answered you want me to, its painful, i said yeah i know but i need it to be treated, thats why i was there wasnt i,
No glass of water was offered, and receptionist was very eager to book my next appointment and t know if i have insurance coverage, without even asking me how i liked the massage,
The sheets and towels are really old, like they have been running this place for 10 years!
the worst: the regular price for this service is $ 90, how about charging $ 80 instead!!!
i wouldnt go back to this place,
