Had a massage done there. The worst ever! That RMT never introduced herself, looked concerned when she read that I’m lactose intolerant (really? that doesn’t affect the massage treatment at all, she should know that). I asked for her name though, it’s Iva (or Eva).
Now, the worst part. To give a massage that she gave me you don’t need to be an RMT. Her one and only technique was pressing the muscles with 2 fingers and rubbing the area up and down. That’s it that all! If I wanted that I’d get it from any friend that I have who knows nothing about therapeutic massage. It was very unpleasant all throughout. Now, I’ve been to many RMTs in the past few years (a lot through groupons) and I know that discomfort can be expected. No one did this kind of treatment to me, and they always told me to tell them if they’re going too deep. But this was different. After the massage I felt that on top of my own pain I got the pain from all that rubbing. And when I told her that a part was really hurting from her rubbing, she’s like ‘ok’ and kept rubbing! I had to ask her to stop it and she laughed: S
I was stupid enough to pay for this rubbish.
Went a few days later to ask for my money back. After hearing my respectful complains, the receptionist with a very indifferent face says «So what do you want?» «We don’t give money back». So much for caring about their clients!
Never again!!!
