Tailor didn’t understand my instructions and ended up cutting 12 inches MORE than I requested. When I asked for my money back, employee told me to come back tomorrow and speak with the tailor. I eventually did get my money back when I refused to leave. Never coming here again. I moved out of the area but I had amazing service from an honest and experienced woman at Kembass Cleaners and that’s where I’ll be taking my money.

This place has reasonable prices and is usually done on time. What I don’t like about it is that on more than one occasion I’m left standing outside of it with my pile of 10 $ suits expecting them to be open because their sign says they will be… but they aren’t.
